This is completely separate from the system build and retainer. You can use any traffic source you want — organic, referral, existing campaigns — and simply plug it into the system we build.
Paid Media Management Pricing
Setup Fee
$500–$1,500 one-time — account audit, pixel and tracking setup, campaign architecture, initial creative brief.
Monthly Management
$1,500 flat + 12–15% of ad spend above $5,000/month. The flat base covers strategy and reporting at any spend level; the percentage scales with your budget.
Example
If your monthly ad spend is $10,000, the management fee would be $1,500 + $750 = $2,250/month.

Do I own the system after it's built?
Yes. Everything we build — the landing pages, automations, CRM configuration, sequences — is yours. We build it inside your accounts. If you ever decide to manage it yourself or bring someone else in, you have everything.
What is the monthly retainer for?
Optimization, not maintenance. After launch, your system collects real data. We use that data to run A/B tests, adjust lead scoring thresholds, refine nurture sequences, and identify what's converting and what isn't. The systems that perform best are the ones that get tuned consistently.
Is the monthly retainer required?
No. You can take the system and run it yourself. Most clients choose to stay on retainer because they want the ongoing optimization, but it's entirely optional.
What if I also want you to manage paid media?
